CLAIMS
1. Customers should inspect material on arrival and report any defects promptly.
2. We are not responsible for any claims, labor, or damages resulting from the misuse or
inability to use products sold.
3. We are responsible only to the extent of material supplied. Such material must be made
available for our inspection. We will adjust the matter fairly and promptly.
RETURNS
1. Returns, for any reason, must be authorized by us in advance and shipped freight prepaid
by the customer. Full credit less a 20% restocking charge will apply on stock Items.
2. Any material being returned damaged will not be credited. Returned merchandise over 90
days old will be considered at scrap value or returned at customer expense.
3. A return material authorization (RMA) will be sent to the customer to return approved
material for credit. The material must be shipped back within 48 hours along with a copy
of the RMA included with the shipment.
